Was the Scottish Court right in their decision regarding Molly Forbes?

Scottish widow Molly Forbes has won the latest round of her legal battle to prevent Donald Trump's organisation from forcibly taking over her home as part of his plans to develop a luxury golf resort.

The plucky pensioner has been successful in persuading the Edinburgh High Court to grant her an appeal against the decision by the Scottish Legal Aid Board to withdraw her subsidised legal costs.

Do we want Scotland carved up for the sake of another "Golf Course"?

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
